Lymphoedema

I had lymphoedema but have kept it in check since

Diane had a lumpectomy and radiotherapy and her right side lymph nodes removed.

I experienced some swelling in my right hand later that year and visited a lymphodema clinic. There I was taught some helpful massage techniques and I have kept it in check ever since.
